Job Description

RTI is recruiting candidates for a Basic Education Program in Ghana.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field plus 6 years of experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting with CPA
• Experience managing USAID funds and knowledge of USAID regulations required
• At least 3 years of experience working for a USAID project is desirable
• High level of proficiency using Quickbooks and Microsoft Office applications
• Prior experience and familiarity with international development partners' financial procedures and reporting requirements, particularly USAID and DFID, are a plus
