Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting connectivity problems with Mobile Networks and Content Providers
• Providing the relevant technical assistance to Clients
• Monitor and resolve issues on servers and network infrastructure
• Perform preventative system administration tasks on servers
• Automate system administration operations

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of an undergraduate degree from a recognized and accredited tertiary institution OR one of the following professional certification: Cisco Certified Network Associate/Professional, Oracle Certified Associate/Professional/Developer, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
• A computer science/engineering degree a plus
• 0–2 years working experience for Level I, 2-5 years experience for level II
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Authorized to work in Ghana

• Programming experience
• Linux/Unix (some shell scripting will useful)
• Experience with a dynamic language (Perl/Python/PHP) a plus
