Job Description

An exciting opportunity to be part of an international standard 4-star hotel has arisen at Golden Tulip Kumasi City. We are looking for a:

Cost Controller

Key Requirements

The candidate must be capable of:

  • Reconciling store reports to accounting reports
  • Preparing and analyzing monthly food and beverage cost reports
  • Observing and performing stock counts in all stores and outlets
  • Reviewing and endorsing all store requisitions, ensuring that requisition procedures are adhered to by all departments
  • Ensuring par stock in all bars are maintained and that no overs are issued
  • Understanding food cost control
  • Assisting the Chef with menu costing
  • Implementing all cost control proedures
  • Performing all other related tasks

Required Skills or Experience

  • At least HND/1st Degree in Accounting or CIMA Part 2 or related field qualification
  • At least 3 years’ working experience in a similar position
