Job Description

• Must have a wider knowdge of food preparation and presentation and must be able  to prepare both local and continental dishes  on regular basis and during  functions
• Must be able to manage the kitchen without any problem
• Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, presentation and service of food
• Must make sure food are served on time always
• Must be able to demonstrate new cooking Techniques
• Must be very innovative
