Job Description

Responsibilities of a General Manager

  1. You must be an administrative planner:
    • Oversee preparation of an Annual budget and report summarizing progress on short and long term plans
    • Insure accuracy of client record and maintain general oversight
    • Provide recommendations regarding cash strategies
    • Build company image by collaborating with clients, employees and organization enforcing ethical business practices
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    • Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
  2. You must posses HR Functions or Management:
    • Recruitment and contracting of company and project staff
    • Employee relations, development and training
    • Performance management and improvement systems
    • Policy development and documentation
    • Must be able to facilitate planning of meeting and agenda, attending meeting on behalf of the company 
    • Shall report to the Chief Executive Director (C.E.D) of the company and will perform any other duty assigned by him.

Required Skills or Experience

  • A minimum of five(5) years working experience in business management, planning and financial oversight
  • Must be a degree holder in Business Administration or Chattered Institute of Management (CIM)
  • Excellent, proven interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results driven and deadline conscious.
  • Proficiency with office computer equipment and software.
  • Must have a strong sense of purpose and responsibility.
  • Proven skills and Team Playing skills.
  • Must be within the ages of 35-45 years.
  • Must be proactive and self-driven.
