Job Description
- Develop and implement business strategies for the branch growth,
- Provides a superior level of customer relations by meeting and visiting Customers to promote sales and customer retention,
- Plan and coordinate work schedule of Relationship Officers and Mobile bankers,
- Ensure all applications have been correctly filled according to the credit policies of the company,
- Ensure that credit applications are assessed properly to determine credit worthiness to ensure 100% loan recovery,
- Provide positive leadership, training and supervision through active participation in sales to motivates staff to achieve branch goals,
- Submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports on branch operations, Portfolio performance and Loan Recovery, product performance and outreach activities,
- Advises on recovery strategies to adopt,
- Monitor branch portfolio and
- Monitor branch expenses to ensure compliance with budget Any other duties that may be assigned.
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum qualification of HND / Degree in Marketing/Finance/Accounts or any related field and
- Two years relevant working experience as a Relationship officer
- Not less than two years Managerial experience
- Business development, marketing and client relationship building skills
- Knowledge of banking laws and regulations
- Experience in credit analysis and arrears management
- Ability to inspire clients to give their best in order to maintain 100% repayment Good Knowledge of SME & microfinance environment
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
