Job Description

• Develop and implement business strategies for the branch growth,
• Provides a superior level of customer relations by meeting and visiting Customers to promote sales and customer retention,
• Plan and coordinate work schedule of Relationship Officers and Mobile bankers,
• Ensure all applications have been correctly filled according to the credit policies of the company,
• Ensure that credit applications are assessed properly to determine credit worthiness to ensure 100% loan recovery,
• Provide positive leadership, training and supervision through active participation in sales to motivates staff to achieve branch goals,
• Submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports on branch operations, Portfolio performance and Loan Recovery, product performance and outreach activities,
• Advises on recovery strategies to adopt,
• Monitor branch portfolio and
• Monitor branch expenses to ensure compliance with budget Any other duties that may be assigned.

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum qualification of HND / Degree in Marketing/Finance/Accounts or any related field and
• Two years relevant working experience as a Relationship officer
• Not less than two years Managerial experience
• Business development, marketing and client relationship building skills
• Knowledge of banking laws and regulations
• Experience in credit analysis and arrears management
• Ability to inspire clients to give their best in order to maintain 100% repayment Good Knowledge of SME & microfinance environment
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
