Job Description

The Motors Sales Division requires a Sales Executive. The candidate will ensure the commercial success of a diverse range of vehicles and also identify new markets and business opportunities.

Essential Duties

  • Sell all vehicles distributed by the company
  • Represent the company in a very professional manner by dressing appropriately at all times and using good language
  • Follow and ascertain the payment of any sales
  • Verify the good delivery of the vehicle and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish the necessary file for any transaction.
  • Create and fill up the necessary prospect or customer sheet for implementation of the customer follow-up data processing system via AUTOLINE
  • Review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain and develop good quality relationships with existing customers.
  • Gather  market and customer information and report this information to Management
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times

Required Skills or Experience

  • A degree or a recognised qualification/certificate in marketing with at least 2 years relevant experience in either sales or business development.
  • Ability and the desire to sell
  • The willingness to learn and apply new sales techniques
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident with a determined approach
  • Resilience and ability to cope with rejection
  • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to flourish in a competitive environment
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
Characteristics Required
The individual must be energetic, should possess strong analytical skills and have the ability and confidence to negotiate at all levels.
