Job Description

The successful candidate will be the first point of call for all customers needing parts sales or unit sales at the counters and showroom to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties:

• To educate customer on the use of genuine parts.
• Interact with customers to find out their specific requirements
• Respond to customer request by issuing quotations through telephone, emails, text, fax and over the counter.
• Follow up on quotations to ensure it results into sales
• Navigate through various dealer portals to locate part numbers.
• Responsible for invoicing of parts over the counter to customers
• Capture, monitor and analyze lost sales and recommend parts for stocking.
• Coordinate with accounts credit control team in collecting debt from customers.
• Contribute towards company goals and standards.
• Update customer information on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned you.

Required Skills or Experience

• B.Sc. Mechanical / Agricultural Engineering/ HND Mechanical / HND Automotive Engineering with at least one year working experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Be a Computer literate
• Adhere to the schedule and attendance requirements
• Have extensive knowledge of parts and vehicle components
• Able to meet deadlines and be flexible
• Be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision and use initiative
