Our customers are in the micro finance, banking, savings and loans and insurance sectors of Ghana. The recent growth in our customer base has made it necessary to hire a full time support officer for the software products.
You will be required to travel to customer sites, install updates and new versions, update licensing, maintain client software inventory, log issues for the developers to fix, follow up on logged customer complaints, troubleshoot and fix customer data and other errors. Required Skills or Experience The ideal candidate must be skilled in Windows Server and Desktop operating systems
