Job Description

Job Summary
Support the development and implementation of a third party reseller scheme and driving sales through freelance direct sales representatives. This role will involve the management of a team of independent or third party business partners to drive penetration and business growth in the key segments.

Job Role

  • Support and implementing strategies
  • Implement and drive strategy for the management of Agents i.e. DSR and Dealers
  • Manage Controller/Agencies
  • Sets targets for Agencies and Controller Agency Sales in coordination with SM, Business Sales
  • Manages Segment Controller and Agencies/Dealers by ensuring that set targets are met
  • Corporate Customer Relationship Management
  • Make regular visits to the field, agencies & dealers according to weekly/monthly journey plans
  • Scheduled visits to clients as part of accompaniment with controller, agency sales teams and DSRs
  • Analyse Data/reports  for decision making
  • Compile data and reports from Controller & Agencies
  • Prepare Agency commissions for approval and payment
  • Annual Segment Plan
  • Prepare and execute  annual business plan for the segment

Creativities
  • Ability to support and implement strategies suitable for the business.
  • Efficient management of agencies & DSRs within assigned territories/segment to achieve desired business targets and improve overall customer experience.
  • Ability to build and maintain good stakeholder relationship

Required Skills or Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field
  • 5 years’ minimum experience of which 3 years must have been in a supervisory role
  • Knowledge on competitive products and market trends
  • Product knowledge and sales strategy
