Job Description
Reports to: Human Resources Director/ Managing Director
Position Description
- Sales and marketing of services. This role is target driven i.e. relates to the monthly number of candidates placed and new business leads
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients whilst developing a good understanding of their companies, industry and work culture
- Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media e.g. HR system, newspapers, websites, job boards, magazines.
- Using social media and company website to advertise positions, attract and build relationships with candidates and employers.
- Assist in Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
- Using candidate database to find the right person for client vacancies
- Receiving and reviewing applications, conducting interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates.
- Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to clients.
- Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
- Preparing CVs and correspondence to be forwarded to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
- Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.
- Continuous client/candidate relationship management
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing or related subjects
