Job Description

Reports to: Human Resources Director/ Managing Director

Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support the administrative and financial functions of all aspects of the business.

Scope of Work
Financial duties

  1. Process all income and expenditure including writing of cheques, preparation of invoices and payment advice.
  2. Prepare cost schedules for recruitment process outsourcing and rental services.
  3. Enter all transactions into the accounting system available.
  4. Prepares and monitors administrative budgets and implement cost cutting measures.
  5. Liaise with clients for payment of services provided.
  6. Day to day management of office petty cash.
  7. Ensure preparation and payment of all statutory payments (SSF Tier 1 & 2, PAYE & VAT) is made by their respective deadlines.
  8. Monthly reconciliation of all bank statements
Administrative Duties
  1. Support the recruitment team in the preparation of confidential CVs for candidates and other administrative duties in the recruitment process.
  2. Manage social media pages
  3. Manage office stationary and supplies
  4. Assist Directors with meetings by taking and circulating minutes.
  5. Assist Directors or their designees in administrative and financial duties to deliver all services.
  6. Maintains and manages assets.
  7. Any other duties as assigned by the Directors.

Required Skills or Experience

  • At least a first Degree in Accounting, Business Management or related courses
  • 1 year experience in a similar position
  • Must exhibit high levels of confidentiality
