Required Skills or Experience

• Degree in Accounting /Marketing /Agricultural Science /Economics or Level II professional qualification i.e. C.A (Ghana) or ACCA
• A minimum of 5 years working experience in the Banking Industry, 3 years of which must be in Credit Administration or Microfinance (Credit, Savings with Education Methodology)

• Must have good knowledge in General Credit Administration or Microfinance
• Must have extensive knowledge and experience in community work
• Must possess good interpersonal, Managerial and Supervisory skills
• Must be computer literate (Knowledge in application of Emerge T24 is an advantage)
• Must have good communication and report writing skills
• Must be a team player
