Job Description

The MRES will have primary responsibility to develop and implement monitoring, evaluation and research activities for ail components of the project. The candidate should have both strong qualitative and quantitative evaluation skills, and significant experience with multiple types of evaluations - impact evaluations, process evaluations, formative evaluations etc.

Required Skills or Experience

  • At least five years relevant experience in project monitoring and evaluation, research and survey implementation
  • Experience designing M&E systems for USAID projects (preferable health related)
  • Experience in measuring the effectiveness of behaviour change communication on health outcomes
