Job Description

• You will be reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Overseeing all processing activities and preparing daily activity reports
• Monitoring personnel and material movement in production zone
• Enforcing compliance and implementation of all quality assurance regulations and standards
• Sampling, testing and releasing raw materials for production
• Housekeeping and maintenance of laboratory equipment and calibration
• Ensures the safety of all production operations
• Oversee health, safety and pest control issues

Required Skills or Experience

• Applicants must have at least an HND  in Industrial Laboratory Technology or related field or its equivalent
• BSc. Food Science and Technology
• Bsc. Biochemistry and Biotechnology
• 1-2 years working experience in the food, beverage and/or confectionery industry
