Job Description

TEACHER (ELECTRICAL AND SOLAR ENGINEERING) NEEDED

TEABAG TECHNICAL AND LIFE SKILLS INSTITUTE (FORMERLY MANKOADZE VOCATIONAL COLLEGE)

We are working towards being an ‘’Outstanding’’ Electrical College. We require a highly talented and committed teacher of Electrical and Solar Engineering to join our staff.

High quality training and support will be given, supported by our Charity TEABAG and experienced Educational Trustees.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and implementing lesson plans.
2. Directing and supervising hands-on activities to teach occupational skills.
3. Demonstrating how to perform occupational tasks.
4. Demonstrating and monitoring tools/equipment use and safety.
5. Assist and monitor students to practice and learn occupational tasks and procedures.
6. Weekly report to management.
7. Accommodating students with varying styles and levels of understanding.

Required Skills or Experience

1. A qualification of HND and above.
2. Must have experience in teaching.
3. Must have experience in Electrical Practical Work.
4. Knowledge of Solar Engineering is an added advantage.
5. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
