Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer retention rates and trust by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner and resolving any issues as they may arise
• Possess a high degree of attention to detail, work independently and be self-motivated.
• To inspect and evaluate residential and commercial areas of potential pest infestation to determine appropriate treatment and prevention options.
• Assist to develop treatment plans and prevention methods to remove pest problems for clients and reduce the risk of re-infestation
• To liaise with the lead technician to facilitate safe, efficient and effective execution of service by always acting in accordance with applicable regulatory and company-specific standards.
• Possess a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes long hours or night shift to get the job done.

Required Skills or Experience

• SSCE and above. (Applicant will receive on the job training)
