The Sub Office Operations Manager is responsible for the efficient management of transport, administration, IT, logistics, travel and event services and safety and security. This includes ensuring that all administration, transport and logistics systems and processes are functioning efficiently across the sub office. Critical to this function will be identifying where work processes require improvement and re-engineering and leading regular customer service feedback mechanisms. S/he will interact with various stakeholders to oversee all stages of supply chain and administration to support timely and high-quality implementation of CARE programs in line with CARE policies and procedures. The position will have a particular focus on improved service delivery, efficiency, process improvement, simplification, cost control and compliance. The Sub Office Operations Manager must possess a broad understanding of other functions and must be well versed in business processes. S/he should have strong planning and prioritization, execution and monitoring skills and be detail oriented without losing the wider vision. These competencies should be matched by strong communication and people skills. The Sub Office Operations Manager will report directly to the Assistant Country Director/Program Support.
