    A reputable hospital in Accra is seeking the services of smart, confident, performance oriented and experienced professional to occupy the position of a Marketing Officer. 

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES
     
    • Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
    • Design and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, print media, social media, and events.
    • Create compelling content for promotional materials, website, social media, and other marketing mediums ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
    • Oversee the Institutions social media presence to increase online visibility and engagement with our target audience.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, generate reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and sponsors to ensure effective delivery of marketing activities.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in marketing.
    • Provide appropriate branding at all the facility’s events to enhance brand visibility.
    Skills Required
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree in marketing is a plus.
    Experience
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or services industry.

    • Creative thinking: Strong creative and analytical skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns and create engaging content.

    • Analytical skills: Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and utilizing metrics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
    • Project management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Team player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
