COMPANY: A reputable Multinational Telecommunication Company

JOB PURPOSE: The successful applicant shall deliver World Class Customer experience. He / she shall serve customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database and determining eligibility.The role reports to the Team Lead.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
• Resolve problems by clarifying issues, research and explore answers and alternative solutions, implement solutions, escalate unresolved problems to appropriate authorities
• Clarify desired information; complete transactions and forward clients requests
• Advertise additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features
• Keep equipment operational by following established procedures and reporting malfunctions
• Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities
• Accomplish organizational mission by completing related results as needed

Required Skills or Experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• A Good First Degree
• 2 years work experience in similar role in a telecommunication industry , a customer service role , call center experience is a plus
• Strong IT background in MS Office Suit
