Job Description

A reputable manufacturing company based in Accra invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the following positions: Executive Assistant (Male)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing effective clerical and administrative support for the management of the offices of the Directors
  • Reports directly to the Directorate
  • Responsible for specific projects, as well as, co-ordinating and implementing office procedures
  • Arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time

Remuneration: Attractive but negotiable salary based on qualifications and experience.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Degree/Diploma in Secretaryship /Administration or Stenographer Secretary Certificate from NACVET/Government Secretarial School
  • Minimum Experience: Three (3) years
  • Ability to maintain very high standards of accuracy and confidentiality in the information and assistance provided to Directors, Management and Employees in general
  • Ability to understand instructions and carrying out such instructions
  • Ability to be creative and innovative on the job
  • Ability to work for long hours, under stress and with little or no supervision
  • Computer literate and high proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must not be more than 40 years old
