Job Description

Job Purpose:

• To manage the overall sales effort within the assigned area and to grow the entire volume of business paying attention to volume and value objectives, and the quality of distribution and redistribution within the area.
• Ensuring availability and visibility of brands throughout all channels
• Develop, grow, maintain and motivate the sales team responsible for the area as well as trade partners to achieve set targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To meet quality and volume sales targets across brands and extensions on a monthly basis with key KPIs for all Reps within the area assigned.

Required Skills or Experience

• Degree holders, Professional certificates holders and a good amount of experience.
• At least 3 years sales and marketing work experience and must be able to competently drive light goods carrying vehicle.
