Job Description

The position entails coordination of activities of suppliers, purchasing officers, and all stakeholders involved in purchasing materials, products, and services by ensuring accurate and timely delivery of materials and services to various departments. It also involves preparing comprehensive periodic purchasing reports to Management.

Key Functions:

1.  Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of suppliers, purchasing officers, and all stakeholders involved in purchasing materials, products, and services.        
2. Guarantee accurate and timely delivery of materials and services to various departments.
3. Prepare comprehensive and periodic purchasing reports for the attention of Management.                                                                                 
4. Guarantee accurate and efficient use of Sun 6 as per Procurement Procedure.
5. Ensure that Corporate Procurement activities are executed as per the approved Budget.

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of First Degree in Purchasing and Supply / Supply Chain or relevant qualification from an accredited University. An MBA qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant and extensive working experience in Supply Chain Management.
