• Position: Coordinator, Product Planning and Development
• Reports to: Manager, Product Planning and Development

Job Summary:

To support the research and development of products and services and is responsible for the operational administration of the product development and planning unit.

Job Role

• Responsible for database management for projects related to the department, including but not limited to PCDs, research/assessment reports, tracking reports, etc.
• Coordinate with Marketing and other relevant departments in developing Go to Market strategies, creatives, etc for newly developed products and services.
• Support implementation of marketing strategies, such as email campaigns, press releases and sponsorship opportunities
• Ensure complete marketing engagement for product launch and its lifetime
• Track and manage marketing materials
• Plan and track procurement requests according to agreed divisional budget
• Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Required Skills or Experience

Education

B.Com, BSc Engineering or equivalent Business qualification

Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Telecoms Industry

Knowledge

• Product Development
• In depth knowledge of the market and industry
• Knowledge of the range of the corporate business partners
• Understanding of technology and services
• Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
