Job Description

  • Position Title: Incharge - Administration            
  • Designation: Executive             
  • Reporting to: Business Head, Ghana            
  • Function: Administration            
  • Location: Accra, Ghana            

Function description
The incumbent would be responsible to provide administration and technical support to the employees at the company office and Guest House at assigned location.

# Tasks Full 
1   Adept at managing administrative activities involving purchase, maintenance and upkeep of all required equipments, furniture, stationery, provisions, at company office and guest house. Full 
Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance & functional head required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.  Full 
3 Maintain MIS for the location and prepare budget Vs actual expenses made.  Full 
4 Guest House bookings, provisions and staff management. Full 
5 Vendor Management. Full 
6 Ensure proper documentation, Business Control checks, audits related to administration. Full 
7 Monitor all Statutory Compliance areas. Full 
8 Event Management, organizing meetings, conferences and Samwad Full 
9 Liasioning and coordinating with various departments with the corporate office and branch. Full 
10 Asset Management of all Site operations assets across multiple locations. Full 
11  Provide recommendations to the Head - Shared Services on improvements to the current systems, policies and procedures. Full 
12  Canteen management.   Full 
13  Complete other duties as assigned. Full 
14  Provide back up to Travel desk resource & telecom help desk resource. Full 

Required Skills or Experience

  • Education: Graduate (any)                
  • Functional Experience :  Should have a minimum 3 years of experience of working in a same role                    
  • Years of Experience: The incumbent should have about 5 years of experience of working in a similar role                

Next Level:   The incumbent could grow up to the role of Head - Administration
