Job Description

We are a non-bank financial institution licensed by the Bank of Ghana to provide financial services. As part of our expansion program and business strategy, we require the services of a smart, confident and performance oriented professionals to be employed as a Field Cashier.

Job Responsibilities

• Educates and informs clients and potential clients about our products
• Prospects for new clients for various products
• Visits clients to collect daily contribution
• Makes an effort to know all clients on his/her schedule
• Keys in the days mobilizations  and ensures that it tallies With  the cash in hand and pays
• Performs any other relevant duties that may be assigned from time to time

Required Skills or Experience

• WASSCE or other relevant qualification
• No experience required

Special / Personal Abilities

• A team player
• Ability to maintain high accuracy and levels and work quality standards
• Good interpersonal relationship
• Ability to keep things in confidence and exhibit a high level of integrity
• Must have basic computer skills especially in MS word and Excel
• Understanding of business processes
