Job Description

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

The worksite manager reports to the Project Leader. The successful person will be in charge of the preparation, installation and monitoring of constryction sites. S/he supervises and heads the operations and the teams under his Command. S/he guarantees good business practices and worksite safety.

• Participates in the definition of resources and equipment required to carry out the work.
• Ensures equipment and tool compliance and proper operating conditions.
• Ensures a simple and efficient organisation for the worksite operating documents.
• Organises the installation on the worksite of all necessary equipment and devices, including onshore logistics.
• May have to draw up service estimates
• Anticipates the worksite's operation requirements and implements the necessary actions together with the project manager.
• Determines the worksite layout, living areas, traffic lanes.  
• Ensures optimum communications with operators and supervisors. (HSE contact, project manager, operations manager).
• Checks that the contract documents are delivered and/or updated
• Draws up and circulates the operating procedures.
• Coordinates the activities of team leaders.
• Undertakes to share good practices and work methods to his or her team
• Proposes and carries out improvement actions and corrective and/or preventive actions.    

Required Skills or Experience

• A Mastert degree in any of the Engineering related courses or any relevant discipline.
• Applicant must have a minimum of 6 year's relevant working experience in such capacity.
• Age Requirement: 35 years minimum
