Job Description

Our client, an Organic Farm Company, currently is seeking the service of a Client Service & Sales Manager to ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied. The aim is to provide excellent Customer Service and to promote this idea throughout the organization.

The Client Service & Sales Manager helps to develop a Client Service Policy for the entire organization; managing and handling face-to-face and virtual enquiries from customers.

The Client Service & Sales Manager is expected to understand and satisfy our customers’ requirement as well as prospect for new customers and exceed their expectations if possible. This position is based in Accra, Ghana.

Responsibilities include

  • Responsible for all customer communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on customer deliverables and revenue.
  • Accurately performs registration process for new and existing customers
  • Communicates the customer’s goals and represent the customer’s interests to the team.
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the customers and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper customer expectations.
  • Cultivating prospective relationship
  • Communicating courteously with customer’s by telephone, email, letter and face to face;
  • Basic accounting- training and support will be provided for this
  • Issuing refunds or compensation to customers
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customer
  • Writing reports analyzing the customer service that our organization provides
  • Developing customer service procedure, policies and standard for our organization
  • Meeting with other Managers to discuss possible improvement to customer service & sales
  • Will build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities

New Business

  • Researching innovative and economical yet personal services to be provided to clients for our products
  • Aggressively and passionately looking for sales opportunities and marketing our products
  • Is aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the MD
  • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
  • Reports to the MD, providing regular input on all new opportunities and account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
  • Conceptualizing marketing ideas for new clients and long term relationships
  • Managing social media as a tool for brand management and marketing
