Job Purpose:
To create new channel outlets for the company’s brand that will drive profitability; as well as manage the commercial activities that will drive visibility and growth of the company’s services and products.

Job Description:

• Drive the achievement of sales volume and profitability.
• Effectively maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships
• Build customer base by meeting with potential clients and educating them on the benefits of the company’s services and products
• Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe
• Participate in continued education to learn about new products and improved sales techniques
• Track personal sales statistics and submits them to Sales Manager for period reviews
• Complete proactive customer “good will” calls
• Provide timely and accurate reports for planning and decision making

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (Or Higher Education Equivalent / HND)
• Professional Background
• Qualified/ Part Qualification in CIM
• IT Certifications  is a plus
• English Proficiency and Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Have relevant computer applications skills
• Have knowledge of principles and practices of sales
• Have good negotiating skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Have good working knowledge with information technology products ( ie Websites, SMS, Enterprise Applications, Managed IT Services – MSP)
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• 3 Years’ experience of marketing and sales in similar field
