Job Description

  • Position Title: Head - Shared Services            
  • Level: Assistant Manager / Manager            
  • Reports to: Business Head, Ghana            
  • Function: Administration            
  • Location: Accra            

Function description   
The incumbent would be responsible for managing the Administration, Human Resources and SCM functions in Ghana.   

Roles and Responsibilities

 # Tasks        Responsibility (See Legend)
 1  Manage HR operations of WHG - Talent acquisition and onboarding, Performance Management, employee engagement, learning and development, etc. Full
 2 Manage supply chain operations in Ghana - vendor contracts and management, accounts payables, inventory management, etc.      Full
 3 Manage General administration in WHG - travel arrangements, assets management in office and guest house, managing guest house, ensuring all support services for the office and guest house etc. Full
 4 Budgeting and cost optimization in HR, SCM and Admin functions.        Shared
 5 Event Management, organizing meetings, conferences. Full
 6 Ensure statutory compliance within HR, SCM and Admin functions.    Full

Required Skills or Experience

  • Education:Graduate (any) preferably with the management degree.                
  • Functional Experience: Should have 6 to 8 years of experience in handling HR and Administration operations. Candidates with sound commercial knowledge will be preferred                
  • Years of Experience: The incumbent should have about  6 to 8 years of experience.
