Job Description

  • JOB TITLE:  Solutions Sales Executive - Software
  • DEPARTMENT: Product Marketing
  • Reports to: Head, Business Development   

Responsible for:  The Marketing and Sales of the all the software products and services available in the company’s suite of service offering.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing / Business Development:

  • Primarily responsible for the marketing of the Company’s products
  • Acts as interface for the deployment of Solution to clients
  • Generate business leads, proposals; attend meetings (business negotiations and presentations).
  • Product Development: seeks ways to better services already deployed for a better profit margin and customer experience.
  • Ensure adequate after sales support thereby reducing customer complaints and strengthening business relationship.

Customer Service:

  1. Customer relationship management.
  2. Maintains the present customers’ call sequence and frequency of visit.
  3. Ensure adequate after sales support thereby reducing customer complaints and strengthening business relationship.
  4. Ensure proper management of crisis with aggrieved clients.

Required Skills or Experience

  1. Minimum HND – In Information Technology/Computer Science
  2. Two year experience in the software services or sales operations
  3. Ability to create solutions/services – highly desired
