SOS-Hermann Gmeiner International College (SOS-HGIC) is a reputable co-educational and boarding school in Terna. It seeks to employ a MATRON with experience in handling catering functions for its boarding school. We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and qualified Caterer to join our team. Applicants must have a keen interest in menu planning, food safety and adherence to schedules. This position will also involve effective management of personnel and full participation in the life of the school.

Responsibilities will include:

• Management of all catering functions of the school
• Management of the school's canteen team
• Ensuring compliance of food safety policy

Required Skills or Experience

The successful candidate must be:

• a holder of Higher National Diploma in Catering with at least 3 years relevant work experience: or
• Diploma in Catering, NVTI/1 and 2; City and Guilds 706/1, 812/1, or relevant qualifications with at least 5 years relevant work experience
• a high degree of computer literacy
• able to show initiative, creativity and work independently
• keen to be parl of a team and contribute to the development of the Canteen department.

Experience in an International school would be an advantage.
