Job Description

• Provide leadership to a finance team,
• Working closely with senior management and the wider business to establish relevant commercial accounting policies that are compliant with international accounting regulations
• Oversight, review and delivery of forecasting and monthly management accounts
• Provide input to the MD and CFO on strategic and commercial financial issues;
• Ensure regulatory and statutory obligations are met, including VAT Returns, Corporation Tax, prepare and audit financial statements;
• Responsible for Payroll, Pension and benefits;
• Ensure robust control environment, including adherence to established policies, integrity of the General Ledger and maintenance of financial systems;

Required Skills or Experience

• A qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Strong experience of FMCG, at least (7) Seven years experience preferred
• Experience of working in an international, multi-currency business
• A strong and up to date working knowledge of IT systems and process management
