Job Purpose:
This role requires creating and maintaining a congenial atmosphere that allows internal and external customers to carry out business in comfort.

Job Responsibility:
As the branch head of operations, the candidate should be able to:

• Organise mini branch operational review meetings to discuss and analyse and update the team on trends and best practices.
• Provide supervision for all the units under operations, scrutinising their transactions and ensuring that they are processed as error and fraud free
• Generate weekly, monthly and annual reports that are needed for management use
• Responsible for reconciling and proofing of the branch GLs.
• Keep all records of registers as mandated by audit
• Maintaining required service standards and operational efficiency.

Required Skills or Experience

• At least four (4) years relevant experience in a reputable financial institution (banks, savings & loans companies, insurance companies)
• Managed a team of at least three (3) members successfully in the last two years.
• A Bachelor's degree from a reputable University
• A Professional qualification/post graduate degrees will be an advantage
