ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT

• Ensure security of staff and property
• Overseeing of respective facilities, security guards both internal and outsourced.
• Supervise investigation of security breaches, theft, fraud and other irregularities and produce reports to management.
• Supervise the maintenance of security equipment
• Maintain organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelors degree in Security or Risk Management
• Investigations experience in the Police or the military is a requirement
• Experience in managing physical security systems in a commercial environment
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
