Job Description

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

  • Location: Accra
  • Category: Administration/Management

Our client, a leading company in the entertainment industry in Ghana, is urgently looking to hire a proficient Executive Assistant to support their operations.

ROLE PROFILE

Will be expected to handle all administrative issues on behalf of the CEO, being  responsible and well organized enough to provide high level support to management and  be able to work under pressure.

DUTIES

  • Act as a contact by representing the company.
  • Schedule appointments for the CEO and generally manage all his public relations.
  • Producing various communications including letters, memos, faxes, presentations and reports.
  • Screen telephones and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Update management on the status of relevant corporate clients.
  • Providing quality customer service.
  • File, store and retrieve business and personal activities.
  • Observe, report and advise on any changes that may occur in the course of doing the job
  • Complete projects and assignments by establishing objectives.
  • Minute general meetings and ensuring action points are delivered on time.
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally travelling with the manager to take notes at meetings and provide general assistance during presentations
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience in similar role.
  • Work on own initiative (must be able to work with little or no supervision)
  • Candidate should be 35years and above
  • Computer Literacy – MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Effective management skills
  • Must be highly organised
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Must be trustworthy with impeccable Moral Standards
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with internal and external staff
  • Pay strict attention to details
  • Must be able to adapt quickly and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent time management skills
