Job Description

• Over seeing full recruitment cycle
• Providing guidance to all employees on HR policies
• Ensuring that all company policies and procedures in line with current employment procedures are followed
• Managing payroll
• Advising on staff promotions
• Conducting interviews
• Investigating disciplinary and greivance matters
• Any other duties as and when assigned by CEO

Required Skills or Experience

• Sound working knowledge of all current employment laws
• Experience of interracting with all levels of management
• Providing advise and support in complex recruitment cases
• Flexibility to respond to range of difference work situations
• 4 to 5 years experience as HR officer or manager
