JOB PROFILE
The Treasury Officer is responsible for managing the Company’s banking relations, accounts and retail shops collections. S/he will also be the point of contact for internal and external customers on status of payments and receipts.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manages all banking relations & general banking duties                           
• Track all foreign payables due and process transfers and payments to foreign Vendors 
• Track all local payables due,  process all payments requests 
• Track all collections (cheques, transfers and cash) from Customers and all retail sales points and ensure these are banked and properly accounted for.
• Reconcile all corporate bank accounts and  retail shop collections
• Maintains a daily cash flow report that shows the company’s cash position 
• Maintain key vendor files and ensure all relevant documents relating to payments/ transfers are safeguarded
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the Finance manager.

Required Skills or Experience

• A good first degree in accounting or finance from a recognized institution
• A registered student of  ICA, (GH) or ACCA ( part two or part  three)
• Knowledge in Treasury and Cash Management Compliance Policies
• Two years working experience in a Treasury role.
