• Job Title:  Senior Sales & Marketing Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Proactively hunt for target clients and establish communications with these clients to the benefit of the Company’s properties.
• Responsible for product presentation and arrange for client viewing
• Sale of houses to clients 
• Develop business partnership with key clients 
• Carry out market research and customer/ competitor surveys to gather information on the property market while informing management on current trends.
• Monitor Competitor activities and assist in analyzing market information.
• Assist in the evaluation of marketing campaigns to develop and maintain client network.
• Handle key clients in a professional manner on a day-to day basis
• Supervise direct reports in the discharge of professional assignments
• Provide strategic direction to ensure profitability of  the Sales & Marketing Department
• Supervising the management of the organisation's website 

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum 1st degree from recognized institution OR Diploma in CIM
• At least 5-6 years post national service relevant work experience in a property marketing, sales and management related field.
• Ability to sell
• A 2nd degree will be an added advantage
• Good oral and written skills.
• Appreciable knowledge of Property Market in Ghana
• IT proficiency particularly in MS Windows, Excel and PowerPoint as well as the use of the internet. 
• Pleasant physical appearance and disposition
• Possession of good presentation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
