An Insurance Company

The successful candidate shall be responsible for the brand and product development.   The role reports to the CEO.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT

• Develop strategic plans for marketing of new products or to expand the market for existing products
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential stakeholders
• Develops and negotiates annual targets and compensation plans with sales and distribution channels
• Liaise with other internal Departments such as sales and distribution
• Analyse and interprets the competitive and regulatory environment and recommends/implements policies to effectively respond to the environment.
• Contributes to the development or enhancement of new products and services for the organization
• Provides necessary training and coaching for marketing staff

• Support and manage a marketing team

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelors degree in Marketing
• Minimum of 8 years experience in Marketing
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Multinational company
• Working Knowledge or experience working with agencies
• Working Knowledge of MS office suite
