Job Description

Our client, a major international Company is currently looking to hire a proactive Brand Manager to support their operations in Ghana.
Role Profile:
The executive will develop, manage and lead profitable brand categories and deliver sustainable business objectives.

Duties:

  • Activating the market with appropriate mix of marketing programs.
  • Driving product brand innovation and continuous growth within the portfolio.
  • Developing and implementing company’s brand plans which are aligned to global brand strategies and local market dynamics.
  • Coordinating and managing premium events.
  • Developing a strong and effective relationships with external and internal work partners.
  • Developing and managing the A&P budget and marketing assets and inventory.
  • Monitoring and measuring brand performance to take corrective actions for improvement.
  • Working closely with the sales teams to provide and implement solutions to challenges.
  • Building brands aligned to regional strategy including brand and price positioning.
  • Contributing towards developing a competent and motivated country team.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Degree in marketing or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Experience in wine marketing and sales will be an advantage.
  • Competitor and consumer intelligence.
  • Budgetary and cost control management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Brand ambassador skills and knowledge.
  • Able to travel regularly.
  • Computer literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook.
  • Confident and public speaking skills
  • Sound presentation skills and time management
  • Business and commercial.
