Job Description

• Provide Specialist input for the development of a robust Regulatory Affairs strategy.
• Build and manage effective stakeholder relations with specialist expertise at company level.
• Develop & analyze Policy options, and advise on preferred options that protects organization’s license and promotes organization’s business.
• Provide specialist advice and coordinate input for policy formulation & review with regards to external stakeholders and the regulatory environment.
• Provide specialist input with regards to compliance in line with existing legislative obligations binding on organization that ensures that there is compliance with all of the laws and regulations pertaining to the business.
• Provide specialist advisory on the regulatory aspects and climate that would affect proposed activities of organization.
