The successful applicant shall be responsible for retaining and attracting a stream of talent for the Organisation. Also serve as a strategic asset to the management team. The role reports to the Managing Director.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Ensure that all employees are conversant with the Organisations values

• Develop training for the various teams in the Organisation
• Foster great employee relationships and drive employee engagement
• Engage relevant external stakeholders to preserve the Organisations brand
• Ensure compliance with all necessary government rules and regulations

Required Skills or Experience

Minimum Qualification:

• First Degree
• HR certification
• Minimum 5 years work experience in similar role in a multinational institution
• Strong IT background in MS Office Suite
