Job Description

• The right candidate is someone with undergraduate degree in Sales and Marketing qualitifcations from a recognised institution. A background in IT is welcome
• He/she will be Sales department head in charge of gadget sales
• Will plan and execute with sales team the sales strategy
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and build new ones through horizontal market expansion
• Regularly report on department KPIs and target achivements
• Train and support sales teams in the field and constantly ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills or Experience

• Previous experience in similar position in a computer or electronics company
• Ability to supervise, direct and monitor sales staff in department
• Plan, set KPI and other targets and meet them
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Aware of current market trends in computers, electronics, accessories/peripherals
• Prepare sales and marketing strategies and implement them
• Can drive a car/van and possess a driver's license
• Resident in Accra with planned regualr travel to other regions for business development
• Good Interpersonal and communications skills
• Team Leader and a problem solver
• Pleasant personality and a people's person
• 5 years experience
