72 Hours is a growing microfinance Institution which seeks to employ energetic but experience and dedicated young persons to fill the position of Branch Managers.

Purpose of the job: To ensure smooth running of the branch office.

Duties and responsibilities

• To manage the branch including its physical, financial and human assets.
• Manage attendance of subordinates, support and motivate them to achieve their targets.
• Periodically review targets and formulate strategies necessary for achieving them. Attend management meeting and contribute in decision making.
• Build and maintain a good public relations with your clients and other stakeholders.
• Direct and assist your subordinates in managing their loan portfolio, including loan disbursement and monitoring, etc.
• Identifying new areas for revenue mobilization.
• Manage your subordinates comprising of Mobile Bankers, Tellers, Credit Officers, etc. appraise their performance on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Generating financial reports on the operating performance of your branch.
• Perform other tasks assigned to you by management.

Required Skills or Experience

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a degree in accounting or banking and finance or its equivalent qualification.
• He must have a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
• The person must be analytical and result oriented.
• He must have a good communication skills
