A MULTINATIONAL COMPANY

The successful applicant shall be responsible for maintaining the organisation’s customer database by entering new and updated customer and account information. The role reports to the Customer Operations Manager.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:

• Obtain correct customer information via calls, sms or online tools
• Input customer and account data
• Conduct operations using laid down policies and procedures.
• Identify discrepancies in customer information and alert Supervisor.

Required Skills or Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree/ HND
• Minimum of one year's experience in a reputable organisation
• Able to type at least 20WPM
• Data inputting experience
