Job Description

  • Providing daily support to manage the Embassy
  • Coordinating appointments and managing the agenda
  • Translating complex documents from French to English and English to French
  • Managing incoming telephone calls and communicating throughout the embassy
  • Other administrative duties as required

Required Skills or Experience

  • University degree required; advanced degree is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and French with a high level of written and spoken language skills
  • A strong multitasker with the ability to organize and prioritize workload
  • Motivated, proactive and willing to learn and develop within the role
  • Previous secretarial/administrative experience preferred
