Our client, a major international Company is currently looking to hire a proactive FINANCIAL CONTROLLER to support their operations in Ghana.

ROLE PROFILE
The individual will develop, maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principle.

DUTIES
• Assisting with preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Assisting with managing effective variance declaration and reporting and provision of management information.
• Production Order analysis.
• Auditing and evaluating internal control procedures.
• Managing effective admin housekeeping
• Assisting as back-up function for excise documentation and accounts.
• Ad-hoc financial accounting duties, related to area of responsibility.
• Active participation in all workplace improvement activities.
• Asset management on System

Required Skills or Experience

• Degree in Business administration, Accounting/ finance, B. COMM
• 3 years’ experience in similar role
• Sound knowledge of SAP with specific importance to manufacturing.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office with specific regard to Excel, word and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work independently and meet demanding deadlines.
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and analytical abilities are essential.
