Job Description

1. Monitors continuosly the running and activities of all the assets on the network
2. Handles all clients complains and resolve them with limited space of time
3. Upload and manage internet data over the air for all assests on the network per determined period
4. Run fleet consult for all demonstartional assets
5. Report and resolve all assest that are not downloading on the network
6. Follow up after every automated notifications to clients on their subscription expiry including their regulatory expiry
7. Run fleet tracking system sales activites for the department
8. Plan and run scheduled demonstrational activities for new clients 

Required Skills or Experience

1. Excellent Comunicator
2. Team Player
3. Computer literacy is a must
4. Ability to surf the internet is a plus
5. Should have a valid driver license
6. Possess good reporting skills
7. Should have a valid Travelling Passport
