Job Description

Position Summary:

The M&E Specialist will be based in Accra, Ghana. S/he will oversee project monitoring and evaluation, including training staff and developing and implementing the project monitoring and evaluation plan. S/he will develop tools and systems for project M&E and manage baseline assessments and mid and final evaluations. 

Reporting & Supervision:

The M&E Specialist will report to the Chief of Party, located in Accra, Ghana.

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation.
• Demonstrated ability in qualitative and quantitative research methods, data analysis, sampling techniques and establishing M&E systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in speaking, reading and writing in English and French
