Job Description Position Summary: The M&E Specialist will be based in Accra, Ghana. S/he will oversee project monitoring and evaluation, including training staff and developing and implementing the project monitoring and evaluation plan. S/he will develop tools and systems for project M&E and manage baseline assessments and mid and final evaluations.
